DESCRIPTION • Shopper MUST be 28 years of age or younger, but of legal age to purchase tobacco. • Shopper is REQUIRED to attempt to purchase A SINGLE PACK OF CIGARETTES without using any kind of ID card AND purchase one other non-tobacco or non-alcoholic item (i.e. gum, candy bar, soda, etc.). • If an ID card is asked for, shopper MUST say they don't have it with them. • Shopper is REQUIRED to pay with cash AND NOT the exact amount so they can receive change. • Shopper will be reimbursed up to $6.00 for CIGARETTE PURCHASE ONLY if it is allowed to be made without an ID.
